A couple of weeks ago I bought the Sartorialist by Scott Schuman. I love that book. There's this older woman in it ( page 445), her face is absolutely amazing. It's like reading a story - so many wrinkles, deep deep wise eyes, her pose that carries quite an attitude and pride and beauty. So last night I tried to draw her. The result is quite different to all my new works and brings me back to my love for portraits.
